How Do I Finish My Pre-Registration?

Your place will be reserved at Indian Creek when we receive your church’s pre-registration form and nonrefundable pre-registration payment. Available dates are going quickly; therefore reserve your spot ASAP. All necessary information will be sent to you when we receive your completed pre-registration form.

Does Pre-Registration Go Toward Camp Costs?

Each camper’s pre-registration fee will be deducted from total price of camp. However, if you bring fewer than the pre-registered number of campers, the camp fee CAN NOT be refunded or applied to another camper’s costs. For example: If you pre-register 25 and only bring 23 — you will lose the fee for the two you are under).

Bringing 10 or More Campers?

Each group bringing 10-25 campers will receive one free registration. Those bringing 26-50 campers will receive two free registrations, 51-75 will receive three free registrations, and 76-100 campers will receive four free registrations.

What are the Age Classifications?

Teen campers are going out of the seventh grade through graduating Seniors. Junior campers are going out of the third grade to going out of the sixth grade.

What About Our Counselors?

Adult counselors from your church will stay in the cabin with your campers. The cost of a counselor is the same as a teenager; but you may use your free registration for a counselor if applicable (see previous question for details).
